As a Senior Business Development Executive, you will play a crucial role in managing the business team, driving sales, and shaping the future of IDENBRID INC. This position requires closing deals for our services and generating leads. The ideal candidate should have significant experience in these areas.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Strategizing and generating new leads
- Closing deals for our services
- Managing the business team
- Researching and identifying potential clients and their unique business needs
- Representing IDENBRID INC's innovative solutions to potential clients
- Fostering and maintaining strong relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure complete client satisfaction
- Negotiating contracts while balancing our profitability with client needs
- Consistently meeting and exceeding challenging sales targets
- Providing accurate sales forecasts and comprehensive reports
- Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions
What We're Looking For:
- Having 5+ years of experience with Software companies.
- Significant experience in lead generation and closing sales
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Ability to cultivate strong relationships with clients
- Proficiency in negotiation and persuasion
- Self-motivation and a team player attitude
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools
