HR Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated HR Specialist to assist in managing HR functions and initiatives. This role will support various HR activities, including recruitment, employee relations, training, compliance, and event management. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about fostering a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment:

Assist in developing job descriptions and posting job openings.
Screen resumes, coordinate interviews, and conduct reference checks.
Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition.

Employee Relations:

Serve as a resource for employee inquiries regarding policies and procedures.
Help resolve employee issues and promote a positive workplace culture.

Training and Development:

Assist in identifying training needs and organizing training sessions.
Support employee development initiatives and career growth programs.

Compliance and Reporting:

Maintain up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
Prepare reports related to HR metrics as needed.

Event Management:

Plan and coordinate company events, including team-building activities, workshops, and celebrations.
Collaborate with vendors and venues to ensure successful event execution.
Gather feedback and assess the effectiveness of events for continuous improvement.

HR Projects:

Participate in HR projects aimed at improving processes and employee engagement.
Contribute ideas for enhancing workplace culture and employee satisfaction.
