Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Proactively communicate with clients to understand their goals and objectives and ensure their needs are met.
Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure alignment on client strategies and objectives.
Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, facilitating communication and problem-solving.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key vendors and suppliers.
Negotiate contracts and terms with vendors to ensure favorable pricing, quality, and delivery terms.
Evaluate vendor proposals and capabilities to select the most suitable vendors for specific projects or services.
Analyze vendor costs and pricing structures to identify opportunities for cost savings and optimization.
