Responsibilities:
- Monitor and secure construction sites through CCTV cameras.
- Lead and supervise a team of two watchers.
- Communicate in English with the response/support team in Scotland.
- Demonstrate strong English communication and leadership skills.
Duty Timing: Rotational shifts:
One week of night shift followed by one week of morning shift.
4 days off in between each rotation.
Night Shift: 8 PM to 4 AM
Morning Shift: 4 AM to 12 PM
Weekend Shifts: Saturday and Sunday (12 hours each)
Monthly duty schedule (Rota): 4 days off after working for 7 days.
