US Real Estate Lead Generator (Cold Caller)

Do you enjoy connecting with people and have a knack for building rapport? Are you comfortable with a fast-paced environment and driven to achieve goals? If so, we want to hear from you!

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Lead Generator to join our growing real estate team. In this role, you will play a vital role in our success by reaching out to potential sellers and uncovering new opportunities.

Responsibilities:

Proactively call qualified leads to discuss their interest in selling their homes.
Build rapport and establish trust with potential sellers through engaging in conversation.
Clearly explain our services and the value proposition we offer.
Ask insightful questions to understand the seller's needs and motivations.
Qualify leads and identify those who are most likely to list their property shortly.
Accurately record all call details and lead interactions in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
Schedule appointments for listing presentations with real estate agents on the team (optional).

Qualifications:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
Strong active listening skills and the ability to understand customer needs.
A positive and professional attitude with a results-oriented mindset.
Ability to handle rejection with grace and persistence.
Proficiency in data entry and comfortable using a CRM system (training provided).
Experience with cold calling is a plus.
