Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for a variety of roles across the organization, including executive and specialized positions.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through proactive sourcing and networking.
- Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including resume screening, interviews, and reference checks.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide expert guidance on recruitment best practices.
- Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and vendors.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
- Utilize data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and make data-driven decisions.
- Participate in employer branding initiatives to enhance the company\'s reputation as an employer of choice.
- Mentor and train junior members of the talent acquisition team.
