Project Coordinator

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Project Coordinator, with a focus on communications management. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing various projects and initiatives related to communication strategies within the organization. This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen understanding of marketing and branding principles.

Develop and implement comprehensive communication plans to support organizational goals and initiatives.
Coordinate the creation and dissemination of content across various communication channels, including digital platforms, social media, press releases, and internal communications.
Collaborate with internal teams to gather information, draft content, and ensure messaging consistency across all communication materials.
Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of communication strategies and adjust plans as needed to achieve desired outcomes.
Serve as the primary point of contact for media inquiries and coordinate responses with appropriate stakeholders.
Manage relationships with external vendors, such as graphic designers, printers, and advertising agencies, to support communication objectives.
Assist in the organization of events, conferences, and other promotional activities to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in communication and marketing fields.
Provide support to senior management by preparing reports, presentations, and other communication materials as needed.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and ethical standards in all communication activities.
