Develop and customize reports using SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) and Power BI within the Dynamics 365 environment.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather report requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Optimize report performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
Develop and maintain documentation related to report development processes and standards.
Create and optimize data models to support reporting needs, including data cleansing, transformation, and aggregation.
Implement best practices for data visualization and dashboard design to ensure clarity, accuracy, and user-friendliness.
Monitor and troubleshoot reporting solutions to ensure data accuracy and reliability.
Stay updated on the latest features and capabilities of Power BI and Dynamics 365 to leverage new opportunities for reporting and analytics.
Provide training and support to end users on accessing and interpreting reports and dashboards.
