Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and develop intuitive, user-friendly, and visually appealing interfaces for our web-based projects.
Understand project goals and user requirements to create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that effectively communicate design concepts.
Design and implement user-centered interfaces, considering usability, accessibility, and responsiveness across different devices and platforms.
Conduct user research and gather feedback to continually iterate and enhance the user experience.
Create and maintain design assets, style guides, and design documentation for efficient collaboration and consistency.
Stay updated with the latest design trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies to bring innovative ideas to the table.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of proven UI/UX design experience, preferably in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
Proficiency in using industry-standard design tools such as Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills, creative problem-solving abilities, and user-centric approach.
Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
Excellent communication skills to effectively present and explain design decisions to team members and stakeholders.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, adapt to feedback, and balance multiple projects and priorities.
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
