We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to lead our efforts in identifying, acquiring, and managing new business opportunities. This role focuses on leveraging online and offline resources to secure tenders, facilitate their successful submission, and oversee the initiation of awarded projects. As the face of the company in the market, you will play a key role in driving growth and building lasting client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Tender and Bid Acquisition:

    • Actively search for business opportunities through online tender platforms and physical visits to relevant offices.
    • Evaluate and prioritize tenders that align with the company’s objectives and expertise.
    • Purchase and manage tender documents, ensuring all necessary information is collected and prepared.
  2. Bid Submission and Strategy:

    • Coordinate the preparation of competitive bids with attention to accuracy and compliance.
    • Strategize for successful tender submissions by understanding client requirements and aligning them with the company’s offerings.
    • Submit bids within deadlines, ensuring adherence to submission protocols.
  3. Market Research and Business Development:

    • Analyze market trends and potential sectors to identify new business opportunities.
    • Build and execute strategies to expand the company’s reach in both government and private sectors.
  4. Client Relations and Stakeholder Engagement:

    • Develop strong relationships with key clients, government agencies, and private organizations.
    • Represent the company in meetings, presentations, and tender-related negotiations.
  5. Project Kick-Off and Coordination:

    • Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure the seamless start of awarded projects.
    • Oversee initial project activities, ensuring all resources and logistics are in place.
  6. Reporting and Administration:

    • Maintain comprehensive records of tenders, submissions, and ongoing projects.
    • Provide detailed reports to management on opportunities, progress, and business insights.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in online tender platforms and MS Office tools.
  • Ability to work independently and deliver results in a dynamic environment.

Job Type: Hybrid (combination of remote work and on-site visits).
