The Sales Executive will play a key role in driving sales and achieving revenue targets for H&S Properties in Islamabad. The role involves generating leads, building client relationships, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure sales growth and brand loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Proactively seek out potential clients through various channels such as networking, referrals, and digital platforms.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and offer suitable property solutions.
  • Sales Presentations: Conduct product presentations and property tours to potential buyers, showcasing the value and benefits of H&S projects.
  • Market Analysis: Keep up-to-date with real estate trends, property values, and competitive market offerings to better assist clients.
  • Negotiation: Facilitate negotiations between buyers and the company, ensuring mutual agreement on property pricing, terms, and conditions.
  • Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis.
  • Documentation: Assist clients with paperwork, agreements, and legal processes required for property transactions.
  • Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales activities, client follow-ups, and status updates to management.
  • Event Participation: Participate in sales exhibitions, property shows, and other marketing events to promote H&S projects.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Experience: 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in real estate or related industries.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Urdu.
  • Sales Acumen: Strong understanding of sales techniques, client handling, and negotiation strategies.
  • Customer Service: Ability to build rapport and provide personalized service to clients.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in using CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and digital marketing tools.
  • Target-Oriented: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Presentation Skills: Ability to confidently present property information to clients and stakeholders.
  • Team Player: Willingness to work collaboratively with other departments like marketing and customer service.
