Front Sales Specialist

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior eBook Front Sales. The Senior eBook Front Sales will be assigned of the tasks specifically associated with the selling and upselling of eBooks. This includes smart identification of potential customers, demonstrating product features and benefits, facilitating agreements and sustaining relationships with clients.

Requirements:

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to promote and sell design services and eBooks.
Identify and target potential clients through various channels including social media, email marketing, networking events, and other online platforms.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
Maintain a deep understanding of our design services and eBook offerings to effectively communicate benefits and features to clients.
Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to secure sales and maximize profitability.
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management, detailing progress towards sales targets and any challenges faced.
Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional campaigns and materials that support sales efforts.
Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve product offerings and sales strategies.

Experience: 2 years

Salary Package: 100K-120K
