Position: Travel Coordinator

Location: Reko Diq Mine Site – Balochistan

Qualification: Bachelor’s

Experience:

Minimum 3-5 years’ relevant experience as a Travel Coordinator, Travel Agent, or similar role

Requirements:

Strong knowledge of travel management and booking systems, as well as proficiency in using online booking tools and travel software.
Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees, vendors, and clients.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Familiarity with travel regulations, safety protocols, and visa requirements.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage all aspects of employee, executive, and client travel, including booking and negotiating with vendors, maintaining records, providing support, and staying updated on industry trends.
