Role Specifications:
- Plan and deliver engaging and comprehensive lessons.
- Utilize a variety of teaching strategies and resources.
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Assess student learning and provide feedback.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop interdisciplinary units and projects.
- Communicate effectively with parents.
Experience Requirements:
- Minimum of 4 years of teaching experience.
- Demonstrated expertise in the subject area (for subject teachers).
- Experience implementing student-centered and inquiry-based teaching approaches.
- Familiarity with curriculum frameworks and assessment practices.
- Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of students.
Skills Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in instructional technology and resources.
- Strong command of written and spoken English.
