Education: Master’s / bachelor’s degree in business administration
Experience: Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in a senior retail management role, with a focus on national or regional operations.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, Drive, and implement initiatives to optimize store performance enhancing customer satisfaction, loyalty, and brand reputation.
- Lead and develop a team providing guidance and support to achieve sales and operational goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination between sales, marketing, and supply chain departments.
- Monitor inventory levels and implement efficient stock management practices.
- Prepare succession plan for staff to produce future leaders and managers for their deserving career growth.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and standards across all mart locations.
