- To manage claims and communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Analyze all claims to ensure they meet internal SLA's.
- Coordinate with other teams including Finance, Fulfilment team,
- Logistics and 3PLs for all SLAs aligned, ensuring smooth processes.
- Reconciling of 3PL weekly/monthly claims outstandings
- Manage Daily escalation and ticketing system queues with internal stakeholders.
- Other tasks/additional alignments assigned by the Management
Requirement:
- Relevant experience of 1-2 years with a known organization.
- Minimum bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
- Preferred experience in the Supply chain.
- Strong interpersonal, research and analytic skills.
