We are looking for an Upwork Bidder to join our team and make an impact through effective bidding and proposal submission on Upwork.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and bid on relevant projects
- Write compelling, customized proposals
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs
- Negotiate terms and close deals
- Maintain a high response rate and client satisfaction
- Track bidding activities and outcomes
Requirement and Skills:
- Strong Negotiation Skills.
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
- Proactive in embracing new challenges.
- Creating targeted leads up to $3 - $10k
- Must have high energy, a passion for success, be driven to be the best, and be self-motivated.
- Effective team player but must be able to manage particular work independently.
Days & Timings Mon-Saturday ( Alternate Night Shift)
