The Company:

HR Accounting Professional Corporation is a full-service Chartered Professional Accounting firm in Canada specializing in tax planning & compliance (domestic and foreign) and business advisory services for medium sized businesses to corporations.

Job Description:

We are looking for Male & Female Accountants to join our rapidly expanding business. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to help scale up the business and have a big impact in the company success.

The successful candidate will be highly analytical, detail-oriented and have a demonstrated ability to effectively influence the decisions of senior business leaders through effective verbal and written communication, financial analysis, logical reasoning, and the presentation of alternatives.

Maintaining clients’ books of accounts by recording bank and credit card statements in QuickBooks.
Reconciling bank and credit card statements.
Drafting financial statements for compilation engagements.
Assisting in preparation of corporate and personal tax returns.
Calculate and prepare GST/HST, payroll, and other government remittances.
Prepare client correspondence (i.e. emails, letters, and memos).
Assist with other administrative functions as required.
Any other related tasks assigned by the management.
Ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records.

Notes:

Seats available for both "Male & Female Staff" - Evening Shift.
Lahore based candidates are preferred to apply
The office timing is

For Female 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM Monday to Friday (Evening shift) and:
For Male 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM Monday to Friday (Evening shift).

Qualifications:

Must be excellent in English language as we deal in Canada.
Minimum of 2 years of related experience preferably in a Public Accounting Firm.
Sound knowledge of QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel is plus point.
M.Com or MBA in Accounting & Finance - Additional certification (e.g. ACCA or CPA) is preferred

Other Criteria:

Relevant training will be provided.
Salary will be market competitive.
In-depth understanding of bookkeeping procedures
