Reservation Manager

The Hotel Reservation Manager will oversee all aspects of the reservation process, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for our guests. This role is crucial in maintaining our high standards of customer service and maximizing room occupancy and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and coordinate all reservation activities, including individual and group bookings.
Monitor room availability and ensure accurate data entry into the reservation system.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for maximizing room occupancy and revenue.
Handle guest inquiries and provide detailed information about room rates, packages, and amenities.
Train and supervise reservation agents, ensuring they adhere to hotel policies and deliver exceptional customer service.
Analyze reservation trends and generate reports for management.
Resolve any reservation-related issues or discrepancies in a timely manner.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
Oversee and manage relationships with Online Travel Agents (OTAs) such as Booking.com, Expedia, etc.
Ensure optimal inventory distribution across all OTAs to maximize revenue.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Reservation Manager or in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
Strong knowledge of reservation systems and hotel management software.
Proficiency in managing OTAs and a deep understanding of platforms like Booking.com.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
