Data Entry / Support Specialist

We seek a detail-oriented and proactive Data Entry / Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role requires a professional who can handle data entry tasks while also serving as a crucial link between clients, customers, and our design team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent English communication skills, be adept at handling client inquiries, and manage follow-ups efficiently. Additionally, a fundamental understanding of graphic design is essential to communicate effectively with the design team.

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately input and update data into systems, ensuring high data integrity.
Respond promptly to client inquiries via various communication channels, resolving issues effectively.
Serve as the liaison between customers, clients, and the designing team, ensuring smooth communication.
Manage leads by making calls and conducting follow-ups, maintaining detailed interaction records.
Utilize basic graphic design knowledge to understand client requirements and communicate with the design team.
Maintain regular follow-ups with clients and leads to ensure satisfaction and address concerns.
Collaborate closely with the design team to meet client requirements and ensure timely project delivery.
Make and manage calls to leads and ensure proper follow-up.

Requirements:

Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office, data entry software, and basic graphic design tools.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
Basic understanding of graphic design principles and tools.
