We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Student Counselor to provide guidance and support to students in their academic, personal, and social development. The Student Counselor will work collaboratively with students, teachers, and parents to create a safe and inclusive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individual and group counseling sessions to students
- Assess student needs and develop personalized support plans
- Facilitate student growth and development through goal-setting and skill-building
- Collaborate with teachers and staff to support student learning and well-being
- Communicate with parents and guardians about student progress and concerns
- Develop and implement programs to promote social-emotional learning and student success
- Maintain accurate records and confidential documentation
- Stay current with best practices in school counseling and education
