1. Audit Planning and Execution; Develop and execute annual audit plans for procurement, import & inventory activities, focusing on areas of high risk or significant financial impact.

2. Risk Assessment; Identify and assess risks associated with procurement, import & inventory processes and internal controls. Evaluate the adequacy of controls designed to mitigate those risks.

3. Compliance Verification; Ensure internal activities comply with internal policies, procedures, and external regulatory requirements. Review contracts, purchase orders, and vendor selection processes for compliance.

4. Process Improvement; Recommend improvements to procurement, import & inventory processes and internal controls to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and compliance. Work with procurement and other departments to implement these recommendations.

5. Reporting; Prepare and present detailed reports on audit findings, including identified issues, risks, and recommendations for improvement.

6. Follow-Up; Monitor the implementation of audit recommendations and assess the effectiveness of corrective actions taken.

7. Coordinate the documentation and implementation of ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018.

8. Assist Internal and External Audit.

9. Timely execution of tasks assigned by division HOD.
