We are looking for dynamic and confident Female Call Center/Customer Support Executives with excellent communication skills to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, providing assistance, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via calls professionally and efficiently.
  • Provide accurate information about products and services.
  • Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
  • Maintain customer records and update the system regularly.
  • Achieve customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional support.

Requirements:

  • Strong verbal communication skills in Urdu and English.
  • Ability to handle customer queries in a polite and professional manner.
  • Experience in customer service is a plus, but fresh candidates with excellent skills are encouraged to apply.
  • Must be proactive, team-oriented, and customer-focused.

Job Details:

  • Shift Timings: 8-hour shift (between 10:00 AM and 10:00 PM)
  • Salary Range: PKR 30,000 – 40,000 (depending on experience and communication skills)
  • Gender Preference: Female
