Senior Storekeeper

Hinz is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented storekeeper to join our team. This pivotal role requires a proactive individual who is committed to excellence in inventory management and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Store Operations Management: Oversee daily store operations, ensuring all processes run smoothly and efficiently.
Inventory Control: Manage inventory levels, conduct regular stock audits, and implement effective inventory control systems to minimize discrepancies.
Procurement: Coordinate procurement activities, including sourcing and purchasing of materials and supplies. Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best prices and terms.
Warehouse Organization: Maintain an organized and efficient warehouse layout, ensuring optimal space utilization and accessibility of stock.
Team Leadership: Supervise and train store staff, fostering a collaborative environment that emphasizes teamwork and continuous improvement.
Reporting: Prepare and present detailed reports on inventory levels, procurement activities, and store performance metrics to senior management.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations regarding health and safety, inventory management, and reporting procedures.
Customer Service: Enhance customer satisfaction by ensuring that products are available and accessible, addressing any inventory-related inquiries promptly.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in storekeeping, inventory management, or a similar role.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary: 30K-40K PKR
