We areseeking to hire a self-motivated, highly energetic and enthusiastic Accounts Executive for our Headoffice.

Responsibilities:

Documents financial transactions by entering account information in accounting software.
Prepare vouchers, bank receipts and payments.
Must have sound knowledge of Book keeping.
Preparing balance sheets profit and loss statements and other reports.
Substantiates financial transactions by auditing documents.
Reconciles financial Transaction, and discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
Secures financial information by completing database backups.
Prepares payments by verifying documentation, and requesting disbursements.
Prepares special financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information.
Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping financial information confidential.
Follows Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.
Exhibits strong technical accounting knowledge
Knows how to use popular accounting software, book keeping.
Demonstrates strong written and verbal communication skills.

Education:

A bachelor’s degree in accounting, economics, finance, or a similar major is required.
A master’s degree is preferred
A minimum of 1 to 2 years’ experience in accounting/finance is required
