We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will focus on identifying and engaging with potential customers, building strong relationships, and driving sales by offering tailored product solutions. Your primary goal will be to source and secure quality leads, nurture customer relationships, and meet or exceed sales targets.

Responsibilities & Tasks:

 

1. Identifying Sales Opportunities:

  • Research and identify potential customers through various channels, including vendors, wholesalers, and online platforms.
  • Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities.

2. Customer Engagement:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers to ensure long-term engagement.
  • Understand customer needs and present product offerings that align with their requirements.

3. Product Presentation:

  • Clearly communicate product features, benefits, and pricing to potential customers.
  • Offer customized solutions based on customer needs to drive conversions.

4. Market Research and Planning:

  • Analyze customer data, purchasing trends, and historical sales to forecast future demand.
  • Develop proactive sales strategies to capitalize on emerging opportunities and niche markets.

5. Risk Mitigation:

  • Identify potential risks, such as dissatisfaction or low-quality leads, and address them promptly.
  • Ensure that product offerings meet customer expectations in terms of quality and value.

6. Documentation and Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and purchase orders.
  • Generate regular sales performance reports and share insights with relevant stakeholders.

Requirements:

 

Experience:

  • Familiarity with the retail or B2B sales industry is advantageous.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers.
  • Analytical abilities to evaluate customer needs, market trends, and sales performance.
  • Attention to detail for accurate documentation and quality assurance.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple sales projects and meet deadlines.
  • Problem-solving skills to address customer concerns and provide effective solutions.

Technical Proficiency:

  • Proficient in using CRM systems, office software, and online sales tools.
  • Comfortable navigating web-based platforms for sourcing leads and customer engagement.
