Highline Motors (Pvt) Ltd is a project by Ijaraah.com. It provides consultancy services in car financing, investment plans, car leasing since 2018.

Highline Motors deals in used cars as well as new cars. We offer customer-friendly installment plans with minimum security deposit as low as 20% with 1-7 years of plans. We also provide cars on full payment.

We are looking for proactive and energetic individuals to join our Lahore branch as Customer Representative Officers (CRO). Applicants will perform following duties and should have below mentioned skills;

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

Customer Relationship Officers build connections on behalf of the company.
You may call existing clients to ensure their satisfaction, network within the community to identify prospective customers and contribute to the organization’s marketing.
Ensuring the timely response to the concerns of all the parties involved with the help of relevant information.
Maintain the verbal / telephonic and written correspondence with the customers.
Resolve service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem.
Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.
Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution.
Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, mail or social media.
Attempt to persuade customers to reconsider cancellation.
Report on Excel & Google sheets.
Performing such other duties as may be directed from time to time by the Management of Highline (Pvt) Ltd.
