Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Coordinator for our Technical Team. The ideal candidate will have a background in Electronics or Electrical Engineering and will be responsible for managing service reports, noting down complaints, and assigning engineers to resolve issues. This role also involves coordination with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Note down and document all incoming complaints and technical issues.
Assign engineers to resolve issues based on their expertise and availability.
Manage and maintain the service reports database accurately.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely and effective resolution of technical issues.
Provide regular updates and reports to the management team on the status of technical issues and resolutions.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication skills for effective coordination with team members and other departments.
Proficiency in managing databases and service reports.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines.
Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage but not mandatory.
