- Monitor stock levels and place orders as necessary to maintain adequate inventory.
- Manage and organize stock efficiently to optimize space utilization.
- Conduct regular stock audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with inventory standards.
- Assist customers with product inquiries, purchases, and provide an excellent customer experience.
- Handle complaints and resolve any issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store for an appealing shopping experience.
- Ensure that all products are labeled, displayed properly, and are readily accessible to customers.
- Supervise daily store activities and ensure all SOPs are followed.
