We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Social Media Executive with a proven track record in running successful advertising campaigns across various platforms, including Meta (Facebook and Instagram), YouTube, and Google Ads. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for driving engagement, increasing brand visibility, and maximizing conversions through targeted and strategic social media advertising efforts.

Responsibilities:

Social Media Advertising Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive social media advertising strategies across Meta (Facebook and Instagram), YouTube, and Google Ads to achieve specific marketing objectives and KPIs.

Target Audience Research: Conduct thorough research to identify and define target audiences based on demographic, behavioral, and interest-based factors to optimize campaign performance.

Ad Campaign Creation: Create engaging and visually appealing ad creatives that align with the brand identity and resonate with the target audience.

Budget Management: Effectively manage advertising budgets, ensuring optimal allocation across different platforms and campaigns to achieve the best possible ROI.

Performance Monitoring and Optimization: Monitor the performance of ad campaigns, analyze key metrics, and make data-driven adjustments to optimize ad performance and achieve set goals.

Audience Engagement: Interact with the audience through comments, messages, and other interactions, fostering a positive brand image and addressing customer inquiries.

Social Media Trends: Stay updated with the latest trends, features, and changes in social media platforms and advertising algorithms to stay ahead in the competitive landscape.

Collaboration: Coordinate with the content and design teams to ensure that the ad creatives and copy are in line with the overall marketing strategy.

Reporting: Prepare regular reports detailing the performance of social media ad campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for future improvements.

Requirements:

Experience: Minimum of 1-4 years of hands-on experience in running successful social media advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook and Instagram), YouTube, and Google Ads.

Platform Expertise: In-depth knowledge and proficiency in utilizing the ad platforms of Meta (Facebook Ads Manager), YouTube Ads, and Google Ads.

Targeting and Analytics: Demonstrated expertise in setting up precise target audiences and analyzing campaign performance metrics.

Creativity: Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills to design compelling ad creatives that drive engagement and conversions.

Data-Driven Approach: Ability to make strategic decisions based on data insights and performance analysis.

Communication: Excellent communication skills to convey ideas effectively and work collaboratively within the marketing team.

Organization and Time Management: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.

Adaptability: Willingness to adapt to changes in social media platforms and advertising best practices.

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred. 
  • Prior experience in social media marketing is a plus. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and visuals.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and their best practices. 
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 
  • Proficiency with social media scheduling and analytics tools.
  • Basic knowledge of running paid social media campaigns.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
