• Providing technical support for hardware, software, networking, and other IT-related issues.
  • Diagnosing, identifying, and solving client, customer, or employee systems issues.
  • Coordinating with clients and giving technical solutions via onsite, call, email, or chat communications.
  • Perform fixes on all hardware.
  • Debug applications and implement upgrades.
  • Troubleshoot network connectivity issues.
  • Assist with issues on back-end software.
  • Find replacements for aging hardware.
  • Knowledge of firewalls and networking.

Qualification and Experience:

  • Bachelor's/ Master’s degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology/ Software Engineering.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in network administration, troubleshooting and IT support.
  • Maximum Age Limit: 45 years
