Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with labor laws and company objectives.
Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures
Administer employee benefits programs and provide guidance to employees on HR-related inquiries.
Collaborate with management to develop and execute strategies for employee development, performance evaluation, and succession planning.
Maintain accurate HR records and ensure data confidentiality and integrity.
Stay updated on HR trends, best practices, and legal requirements to proactively address potential issues.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. (Master's degree preferred)
Years of experience in HR roles, with a focus on recruitment, employee relations, and HR policy development.
Strong knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
