We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, a passion for the travel industry, and a deep understanding of Umrah & Hajj services. Your role will be to drive sales, build client relationships, and contribute to the overall growth of the agency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell Umrah & Hajj packages to individuals, families, and groups.
- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls, inquiries, and customer follow-ups.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed monthly targets.
- Stay updated with visa requirements, travel regulations, and pricing trends.
- Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless customer service.
- Maintain accurate records of sales and customer interactions using CRM software.
