1. Assist in the overall recruitment and selection cycle of IPE Grade.
2. Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to identify the most effective recruiting methods based on the specific role, industry standards, and organizational needs. Provide insights to optimize hiring strategies.
3. Facilitate the internal recruitment process, including employee promotions, transfers, and other internal hiring activities to ensure smooth transitions and retention.
4. Research and recommend suitable job advertising platforms, ensuring maximum exposure and attracting high-quality candidates.
5. Participate in the interview process, assess candidate suitability, and assist in creating a shortlist of qualified candidates for final selection.
6. Design, revise, and maintain up-to-date job descriptions to ensure clarity, accuracy, and alignment with organizational needs.
7. Any Other task assigned by HOD.
