CCTV Installer / IT Technician

We are seeking a skilled and experienced CCTV Installer & IT Technician to install, configure, and maintain surveillance systems and telephone exchange systems while performing basic networking tasks. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

CCTV Installation & Maintenance:
- Install and configure NVRs/DVRs and CCTV systems, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
- Conduct regular maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs for CCTV systems.
- Perform system upgrades and firmware updates as required.
Telephone Exchange Systems:
- Set up, configure, and maintain telephone exchange systems (PBX/EPABX).
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to telephone systems.
Networking Tasks:
- Perform basic networking tasks, including IP configuration, LAN troubleshooting, and routing setup.
- Ensure secure and stable network connections for CCTV and telephone systems.
Cable Management & Hardware Installation:
- Handle cable installation, management, and labeling to maintain a tidy and organized workspace.
- Install hardware components and accessories as part of system setups.
Customer Support & Training:
- Provide end-user training and support for installed systems.
- Respond promptly to service calls and ensure customer satisfaction.
Documentation & Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of installations, configurations, and repairs.
- Provide detailed reports on completed tasks and system performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience in installing and troubleshooting NVR/DVR-based CCTV systems.
Proficiency in configuring and maintaining telephone exchange systems (PBX/EPABX).
Basic understanding of networking concepts, including IP configuration, routing, and LAN troubleshooting.
Strong knowledge of cable management, hardware installation, and system integration.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
