Telesales Representative

As a Tele Sales Representative, you will be a key member of our dynamic sales team, responsible for promoting and selling our products or services over the phone. Your primary objective will be to generate revenue by reaching out to potential customers, presenting our offerings persuasively, and closing deals to meet and exceed sales targets.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Tele Sales Representative or in a similar sales role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas.
Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office Suite.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Resilience and persistence in handling rejection and overcoming challenges.
High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is a plus.
