As a Mobile Apps Developer at Gul Ahmed Textile Mills Limited, you play a critical role in the design and development of innovative mobile applications. Your extensive knowledge of mobile app development enables you to guide your team through the entire development lifecycle, ensuring that every aspect, from the initial coding to the store deployment, meets the company's high standards.

Responsibilities

Develop new features and user interfaces based on detailed wireframe models, ensuring alignment with project specifications.
Deliver mobile applications that provide the best performance and a superior user experience, focusing on optimizing both speed and functionality.
Identify and resolve bugs and performance issues proactively, implementing effective solutions that enhance application reliability.
Write clean, readable, and testable code to streamline collaboration and future development efforts, ensuring maintainability of codebases.
Collaborate actively with back-end developers and designers to transition design concepts into practical applications, maintaining clear communication throughout the development process.
Conduct regular code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members, fostering an environment focused on learning and improvement.
Manage and mentor a team of two developers, guiding them through their professional development and ensuring their contribution aligns with project goals.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies in mobile app development to continuously improve development practices and application performance.
Participate in the entire development lifecycle, from concept to delivery, ensuring that applications meet design specifications and are ready for deployment on mobile app stores.
Utilize version control systems, such as Git, to manage project resources and coordinate efforts among team members effectively.
Apply UI/UX design principles to create engaging, user-friendly interfaces that resonate with target audiences.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance for application issues post-launch, ensuring customer satisfaction and application functionality.
