Ensuring daily cash closing.
Keep accurate records for all daily transactions
Data entry in Quick Book Online (AP-AR-GL).
Record accounts payable and accounts receivable
Reconcile bank statements
Participate in financial audits
Track bank deposits and payments
Preparation of daily cash utilization sheet of the fulfillment center.
Payroll preparation and processing
Supervision and management of Petty expenses and services vendor payments.
Liaison with local banks, auditors, corporate and tax consultant
