Responsibilities: ·

  • Answering calls and scheduling appointments
  • All written office correspondence
  • Assisting in periodic reporting including expense reports
  • Maintaining a filing system
  • Compliance with office policies and procedures
  • Maintaining contact lists and making travel arrangements
  • Cross-functional coordination

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Office Admin Assistant with thorough knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Working knowledge of office equipment, like PABX, Printers, and fax machines
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
  • Excellent time management skills, multitasking and the ability to prioritize
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail
  • Presentable personality and can-do attitude.
