We are looking to contract a developer as an addition to our team to handle a number of websites that we have developed internally as well as for our clients.
This is an ongoing long-term contract and so we prefer candidates who can dedicate 15-40 hours per week.
The position is 100% remote and so clear and concise communication is necessary, although the working hours are flexible as we are outcomes focused.
Main Responsibilities:
- Responding to project management tasks, bugs, issues, change requests, etc.
- Writing clean and well-designed code
- Implementing design and functional changes
- Troubleshooting issues
- Improving user experience and performance
- Any other ad hoc duties
Technical Working Knowledge:
- MySQL, PHP, JavaScript, HTML + CSS
- WordPress, Elementor, WooCommerce
- Creating custom posts, plugins and API’s
Preferable but not mandatory:
- Github
- CloudFlare
- Azure DevOps
- Astra and Houzez themes
