Manager Financial Analysis / Planning

As the Manager of Financial Analysis / Planning, you will play a critical role in driving the financial health and strategic growth of our company. Your analyses and insights will inform key financial decisions and shape the strategic direction of our business. You will work closely with senior leadership to develop and implement financial strategies that enhance profitability and support our long-term goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct in-depth financial analysis and modeling to support strategic decision-making.
Develop and manage the annual budgeting and forecasting process.
Prepare detailed financial reports, variance analysis, and financial projections.
Monitor and analyze industry trends and market conditions to inform financial planning.
Identify opportunities for cost reduction, revenue enhancement, and efficiency improvements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate business initiatives and projects.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.

Qualifications:

ACCA/CA followed by CFA (Certified Financial Analyst) certification.
Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in financial analysis, strategic planning, or related roles.
Proficient in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
High level of integrity and professionalism.
