We are looking for Junior Quantity Surveyors for multiple projects in Karachi, Bahawalpur, & Islamabad
Experience related to high-rise buildings will be preferred.
Requirements:
- DAE Civil Engineering.
- Min Experience – 3 years as Quantity Surveyor
- The candidates must be self-driven, possess initiative, and dynamic
- Must have computer literacy, especially MS Offices & AutoCAD
- Ability to read drawings and technical specifications and their understanding
Responsibilities:
- Reviewing construction plans and preparing quantity requirements.
- Liaising with site managers, clients, contractors, and subcontractors.
- Preparing reports, analyses, contracts, budgets, risk assessments, and other documents.
- Keeping track of materials and ordering more when required.
- Measure and value the work done on-site
- Prepare rate Analysis and assist in managing the technical documents for the work order.
- Monitor all Sub Contractors’ work progress and activity in terms of budget
- Implementing project document control and record
- Write Daily Progress Reports & Company Labor Utilization
The following skills will be an added advantage:
- Advanced knowledge of AutoCAD
