We are looking for a dynamic Customer Service Representative who is fluent in English and has a passion for assisting customers. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, handling incoming calls, resolving inquiries, and providing solutions with a friendly and professional demeanor.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls from customers with a positive attitude and professionalism.
  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and issues effectively and efficiently.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
  • Document and track customer interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve complex issues.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service
  • Ability to work during US hours i.e. around 6PM to 2AM Pakistan time.
  • You can work remote, may require to come to office location for initial training

Qualifications:

  • Fluency in English (both spoken and written) is required.
  • Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Excellent communication skills and a friendly, empathetic approach.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency with basic computer applications
