Responsibilities:
Your primary goal will be to generate revenue by converting leads into sales and maintaining strong customer relationships. Male or Female doesn't matter.
- Actively promote and sell Umrah pilgrimage packages and worldwide tour packages to individuals and groups.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Identify and cultivate new leads through proactive outreach, networking, and relationship building.
- Provide personalized travel advice and recommendations to clients, ensuring their needs and preferences are met.
- Prepare and present proposals, itineraries, and quotations to clients in a clear and persuasive manner.
- Coordinate bookings, reservations, and logistical arrangements for clients, ensuring seamless travel experiences.
- Collaborate effectively with other team members and departments to enhance the overall customer experience and achieve business goals.
- Stay updated on industry trends, travel destinations, and competitive offerings to provide informed advice to clients.
