Job Overview:

We are seeking motivated and experienced Sales Executives with a strong background in the Immigration / Sales industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building client relationships, and contributing to the company's overall growth. The Sales Executive will work closely with potential clients to understand their immigration needs, offer tailored solutions, and guide them through the process.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition: Identify and generate leads through various channels, including online platforms, referrals, and networking.

Sales Conversion: Engage with potential clients, understand their requirements, and convert leads into successful sales.

Consultation & Advisory: Provide accurate and comprehensive immigration advice to clients based on their profiles and objectives.

Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Market Research: Stay updated on immigration laws, policies, and trends to provide informed advice to clients.

Reporting: Prepare and present regular sales reports, including lead generation, sales conversions, and client feedback.

Collaboration: Work closely with the legal and operations teams to ensure smooth processing of client applications.

Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in sales within the Immigration industry.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex immigration processes clearly.

Sales Skills: Proven track record of achieving sales targets, with strong negotiation and closing skills.

Customer Focus: Strong customer service orientation, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.

Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of various immigration programs (e.g., PR, Work Permits, Study Visas) and related regulations.

Problem-Solving: Ability to assess client needs and provide effective solutions tailored to their unique situations.

Time Management: Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple clients and tasks simultaneously.

Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing market conditions.

Ethics & Integrity: High level of professionalism and adherence to ethical standards.

Preferred Qualifications:

Educational Background: A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Language Skills: English, Urdu, Proficiency in additional languages is an asset.
