As a Sales & Marketing Executive at Global Energy Solutions, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth through the acquisition of new clients and the management of existing accounts.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients.

Responsibilities:

1- Prospecting and Lead Generation:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and cold callingBuild and maintain a pipeline of potential clients

2- Client Engagement:

Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients.

Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet their specific requirements.

Effectively communicate the value proposition of our products and services.

3- Sales Negotiation and Closure:

Prepare and present proposals to clients

Negotiate terms and close sales dealsAchieve and exceed sales targets.

4- Client Followup:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients

Provide ongoing support to ensure customer satisfactionUpsell additional products or services to existing clients.

5- Reporting and Analysis:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and regular reports on sales performance and market trends.

Requirements/Skills:

  • Proven experience in a sales role, preferably in Solar industry.
  • Strong communication
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
