You will play a pivotal role in managing on-site construction activities, ensuring project goals are met within specified timelines, budgets, and quality standards. You will collaborate closely with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage daily site operations, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
Interpret and implement construction plans, designs, and specifications.
Supervise and coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and labor teams.
Monitor project progress and report on deviations or delays to the project manager.
Ensure materials and equipment are available and meet quality requirements.
Conduct regular inspections to identify and resolve potential issues.
Maintain accurate records of site activities, including daily logs, progress reports, and material usage.
Enforce health and safety policies to create a safe working environment for all personnel.
Assist in cost control, budgeting, and resource allocation for the project.
Foster strong communication with clients, architects, and other stakeholders to address project-related concerns.

Qualifications and Skills:

Educational Background: Bachelor is degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a site engineer in construction or infrastructure projects.

Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry standards. Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and other project management tools.
