As a Front Desk Officer, you will serve as the first point of contact for our company. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure a welcoming and efficient experience for all visitors and callers while managing a range of administrative tasks to support daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Answer, screen, and direct phone calls to the appropriate departments or individuals.
  • Respond promptly to inquiries, whether in person, via phone, or email.
  • Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and courier services.
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
  • Maintain accurate records of visitor logs and office supplies inventory.
  • Provide general administrative support to various departments as needed.
  • Enforce and adhere to company security policies, ensuring all visitors sign in and follow established protocols.
  • Assist with onboarding new employees, including issuing visitor badges and orientation coordination.
