Glen Eden Services & Glen Eden Kebab (SMC-Private) Limited is seeking a dedicated and experienced Office Manager to join our team. As an Office Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office, maintaining efficient administrative processes, and providing excellent customer service. We are looking for a candidate with excellent communication skills in English and Urdu languages, along with strong computer knowledge. Previous media experience would be considered a significant advantage.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day office operations, including managing administrative tasks, coordinating schedules, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees, providing a professional and welcoming environment.
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence, ensuring prompt and effective communication.
  • Manage office budgets, expense reports, and financial records.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for staff, clients, and executives.
  • Assist with HR-related tasks, such as maintaining employee records, onboarding new hires, and organizing employee events.
  • Maintain and update company databases, files, and documentation.
  • Collaborate with various departments to support their administrative needs and facilitate smooth interdepartmental communication.
  • Assist in organizing meetings, conferences, and company events.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of office policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role.
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Urdu languages.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software like Adobe Photoshop, CorelDraw.
  • Familiarity with media-related tasks and processes is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating a proactive and positive attitude.
  • Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred.
