Requirments:

Experience or Knowledge in operating laser and UV printing machines for various design projects.
Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing T-shirt, hoodie, mug, and merchandise designs.
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Premiere.
Solid understanding of design principles, color theory, and typography.
Ability to translate creative concepts into visually appealing designs.
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team.
Detail-oriented with a keen eye for aesthetics and design precision.
Ability to adapt to feedback and make revisions as necessary.
Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite.
Strong understanding of design principles, including color theory and typography.
Creative thinking and the ability to generate unique and visually appealing concepts.
Attention to detail for precise and polished design work.
Effective communication skills to interpret and understand client needs.
Time management and organizational skills to meet project deadlines.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team or independently.
Experience in creating designs for various platforms (print, web, social media).
Problem-solving skills to address design challenges and revisions.
Familiarity with different file formats and their appropriate use.
Understanding of branding principles and the ability to create cohesive brand identities.
Adaptability to work on a variety of projects and industries.
Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design styles and projects.
Knowledge of operating printing machines for producing print-ready designs and materials.

Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in Graphic Design
Strong portfolio of work demonstrating a variety of design skills
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Capcut, Canva etc
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
